Paperman.

I set aside two hours to watch all the most popular videos that I’ve missed in 2012. It’s embarrassing that I haven’t seen most of them yet.

Life in 365°

As of today, I will start posting one picture a day taken from my phone to my public Facebook album. No matter where and what, I’ll try to capture the key moment of each day in the next 365 days.

The keys to life are running and reading. When you’re running, there’s a little person that talks to you and says, “Oh I’m tired. My lung’s about to pop. I’m so hurt. There’s no way I can possibly continue.” You want to quit. If you learn how to defeat that person when you’re running. You will learn how to not quit when things get hard in your life.

We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity.

San Francisco, Disrupt and Skate

Hey peeps, finally made it to San Francisco after 35 hours of hassle, delays and 2 tornados in New York.  Anyways, we are prepping for the Tech Crunch Disrupt tomorrow morning. We’ll be exhibiting in Startup Alley and we have just few more hours to make sure we’re good to go so I’ll keep this short.

We’re staying in this cool place owned by a Googler, and we’re riding his Google skate board…kinda hard to resist! This is pretty exciting time and we’re in great spirits and extremely motivated to kick some asses tomorrow!

Ready for Disrupt

I am getting ready for my trip to San Francisco next week and I wanted to share with you that Appricot will be exibiting at Tech Crunch Disrupt conference on September 10.  We are going to present our project Appidemia for the first time. We have been chosen among 50 other early stage companies to present at this highly anticipated conference in San Francisco.

Appidemia on TechCrunch Disrupt

This will be a perfect opportunity for us to get some valuable feedback on Appidemia from the tech crowd before we finalize our development for the Beta Launch in October. I will try to share the atmosphere at Disrupt with you via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

Why I backed Instacube

When I saw Instacube on Kickstarter today, I immediately fell in love with the idea of having my Instagram photos displayed in my room or office, three times bigger  in a creative cube designed by John Whaley.

Impressed with this idea, I wanted to spread the word though my social accounts. Immediately after I did so, I received a comment from John on both my Instagram picture and our company’s facebook page.

I would have probably just waited to see if this project will be backed or forgot about it completely if John didn’t approach me. I got back on Kickstarter to see its progress and saw that 800 backers had already paid almost $100k in less than one day. Then I realized that this is going to be a huge success!I had to support this great Idea and now I’m looking forward to my engraved Collector’s Limited Edition Instacube! It will be sitting on my desk in March 2013.
